All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Prague, Czechia. We ship throughout most of European Union.

We currently do not ship to Malta, the Canary Islands or French Polynesia.

We normally dispatch orders on the same or next business day. Occasionally, dispatch may take up to two business days.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 business days. Peak periods, such as Black Friday, and unexpected carrier disruptions may cause additional delays.

A tracking number is always provided.

Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds vary by destination:

• Germany: €7.90, or free from €59
• Other European Union destinations: €9.90, or free from €59
• Czechia: 99 Kč, or free from 1,249 Kč
• Denmark: 79 DKK, or free from 499 DKK
• Poland: 29 PLN, or free from 249 PLN
• Sweden: 119 SEK, or free from 699 SEK

Choose your moss pole according to your plant’s future growth, not only its current size:

• S for cuttings and very young plants
• M for juvenile plants with small to medium leaves
• L for established Philodendrons and other active climbers
• XL for large or fast-growing plants such as Monsteras

Choose Classic moss poles for stable, low-maintenance and long-term training. Choose Front Opening moss poles when you want easier access to roots, take cuttings regularly or expect to rearrange the setup.

Both systems can be extended, but every extension must match the existing moss-pole line and size. If you are unsure, choosing the larger size usually prevents premature repotting.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and tell us that you wish to return it. We can send you a link to purchase a return label, or you may arrange the return using any carrier of your choice.

After notifying us, you must send the products back within a further 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Products must be securely packed, and all included parts, accessories and gifts must be returned. A deduction may apply if handling has reduced the product’s resale value.
