All orders ship from Prague, Czech Republic 🇨🇿 within 2 business days (occasionally up to 3) of purchase.
Delivery typically takes 1 to 6 business days after shipment.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@plantscraper.com.

We currently ship to countries within the European Union only. Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds are as follows:

All orders are shipped via DHL or GLS with home delivery service.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding your shipment, feel free to contact us at hello@plantscraper.com.
If the customer does not pick up the package or provides an incorrect address, we can issue a refund excluding the shipping costs. Alternatively, we can reship the order, but the customer will need to cover the shipping costs again.
