Your order will leave our premises within 0-48 hours, exceptionally 72 hours, and arrive within 1-6 business days (up to 10 days in rare cases).

Every shipment comes with a tracking number. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder or email us at hello@plantscraper.com.

If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged product, or a missing item, please notify us within 10 calendar days of delivery. To ensure accuracy, we verify order weights with our courier partners. If there’s a discrepancy, we will compare the recorded shipping weight with your order details to confirm if anything is missing.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we regret that we can only assist if you provide a police report indicating possible non-delivery. Unfortunately, without this documentation, we are unable to take further action.

14-Day Return Period: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 14 days to return unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 days.
Faulty Items: If the product is faulty, we’ll cover return shipping costs. If the issue is due to not following instructions, we cannot take responsibility.
