Use PlantScraper Leaf Armor as part of a preventive leaf-care routine to keep foliage clean and create less favourable conditions for common houseplant pests and surface fungal growth.

Leaf Armor works by contact and is not systemic.

Dilute 0.5 ml in 100 ml of water and add one drop of mild liquid soap. Test the prepared solution on one leaf and wait 48 hours before treating the entire plant.

Avoid using it on cacti, succulents, hairy foliage, delicate new leaves or severely stressed plants.

Apply mycorrhiza when repotting established plants or planting rooted cuttings.

The fungi must make direct contact with living roots to establish an effective association.

Mycorrhiza can support root exploration and nutrient uptake, but it is not a fertiliser and does not replace appropriate nutrition.

Use CalMag when the water, substrate or fertiliser programme does not provide sufficient calcium and magnesium, or when a known deficiency has been identified.

Symptoms resembling calcium or magnesium deficiency can also result from damaged roots, unsuitable pH or excessive fertilisation. Confirm the growing conditions before adding more nutrients.

Si Star supplies mineral silicon together with additional mineral elements.

Silicon can support stronger plant tissues and improve the plant's ability to tolerate physical and environmental stress.

Its benefits are expressed through developing tissues rather than by repairing existing damage.

They can be included within the same overall care programme, but they should not all be mixed into one application.

Apply mycorrhiza directly to the roots during planting. Use CalMag and Si Star only when their mineral contribution is appropriate. Apply Leaf Armor separately to the foliage.

Continue using a suitable complete fertiliser such as HESI HousePlant Elixir where needed.
