What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept payment through credit card and PayPal.

Do you sell plants? While we showcase some plants in our pictures, please note that we do not sell any plants. We specialize in providing high-quality products and accessories that help your plants thrive, creating a healthy and beautiful indoor garden.

How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary depending on your location. For orders within the European Union, shipping usually takes 2-7 business days.

Why is my order not shipped yet? There are some items that are available for pre-orders, so shipping can be delayed. 

What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy for all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. Shipping costs are on you.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and before its shipping confirmation is sent to you. After that, we may have already shipped your order and you would need to go through the return process.

Are your products safe for pets? Yes, our products are safe for pets. However, we recommend keeping them out of reach of pets to avoid any potential accidents.

Do you offer installation services? We do not currently offer installation services, but our products are designed to be easy to assemble and come with clear instructions.

How do I care for my moss pole? We recommend misting the sphagnum moss regularly to keep it moist and prevent it from drying out. Avoid overwatering the plant and keep it in a well-lit area to encourage growth.
