WHY STOCK PLANTSCRAPER

Good products are easier to recommend.

Your reputation matters every time you suggest an accessory to a customer. Our goal is to give you products that make sense together, solve real growing problems and give people a reason to return to your shop.

01

A complete plant-care system

Moss poles are only the beginning. Help your customers choose matching anchors, drippers, growing media and pots, then offer the next useful accessory when their plant grows. Our ranges are developed to work together.

02

Products with a point of view

We focus on growing function, not novelty for novelty's sake. From ventilated aroid pots to thoughtfully structured mixes, every range has a practical purpose that your team can explain on the shop floor.

03

A growing European operation

We develop and fulfil from Prague, Czechia. Many substrates, acrylic components for IKEA cabinets, pot covers and selected moss pole accessories are made or prepared by our team in Europe. We also work with established specialist suppliers.

04

Refined with people who grow plants

Experienced growers test prototypes, suggest changes and challenge designs before launch. Some ideas take years to become ready for sale. We listen to our retail partners too, because their feedback reveals what customers actually need.

05

A dependable point of contact

Our Prague team handles fulfilment and retailer enquiries directly. Whether you need to check compatibility, plan a restock or flag a problem, there are people behind the products who can help.

06

Real brand demand, not a catalogue of anonymous goods

PlantScraper has fulfilled more than 50,000 orders across Europe. Your customers can discover an established specialist brand, with a growing catalogue, recognisable products and retail-ready product information.

THE RANGE

More than moss poles.

Start with the categories that match your customers. Build a considered assortment of supports, growing media, pots and useful complements. The right accessory can make the original purchase more valuable without adding complexity.

FOR A BETTER RETAIL EXPERIENCE

Sell a growing setup, not just a single item.

A customer buying a climbing Monstera may need more than a pole. The right anchor keeps the setup steady. The right filling supports aerial roots. A compatible dripper can make watering easier. As the plant grows, they may come back for an extension, a larger pot or fresh substrate.

We design our range around those natural next steps. For retailers, that means related products you can explain together rather than disconnected accessories with uncertain compatibility.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PRODUCTS

Developed with growers. Made with care.

We are a European plant-care company with our own operation in Prague. We choose how to make and source each product according to its purpose, instead of pretending everything comes from one factory.

Meaningful in-house production

We prepare selected growing media and produce many pot covers, acrylic components for IKEA greenhouse cabinets and moss pole complements in-house. Other products and materials are sourced from specialist partners. We are transparent about the difference.

Specialist supplier relationships

We work with established European brands such as HESI and stay close to their teams. Feedback from growers and customers helps us discuss how existing products can be improved and what plant lovers are asking for next.

Real product development

Our growers and collaborators test prototypes in the conditions that matter. Some projects take two or three years to move from early idea to release. When a design needs another iteration, we would rather improve it than rush it out.

Partnerships with purpose

We also work with Czech organisations that provide meaningful work opportunities for people with disabilities, entrusting selected production and operational tasks to these partners. It is a practical part of building an inclusive business.

WHOLESALE QUESTIONS

The details matter.

These are the questions we would ask too if we were considering a new supplier. If something is missing, our team will be glad to clarify it.

Who can apply for a wholesale account?
We welcome applications from independent plant shops, garden centres, florists, online retailers, plant studios and professional growers. Wholesale access is intended for genuine business purchasing and resale. All accounts are reviewed before approval.
What is your minimum wholesale order?
Our standard minimum order value is €250, excluding shipping. Once approved, you can explore the trade catalogue and choose the products and pack sizes that suit your shop. Product-specific quantities are shown in the B2B store.
When do I see wholesale prices and available packs?
Approved retailers receive access to the B2B catalogue, with their available product variants, pack quantities and trade prices. We do not display the complete wholesale price list publicly.
How much is shipping?
For qualifying standard B2B parcel orders from €250 up to and including €500, shipping is €19.95. Orders above €500 qualify for free standard shipping. Special pallets, oversized items and exceptional destinations may require an agreed freight quotation.
How quickly do wholesale orders ship?
Our usual target is to prepare wholesale orders for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. This is a preparation target, not a guaranteed delivery date. Large orders, production requirements and busy periods can take longer. Carrier transit time comes afterwards.
Do wholesale prices include VAT?
Trade prices may be shown excluding VAT. Applicable VAT depends on your business location, transaction and VAT verification, including VIES where relevant. If VAT must be charged, we communicate the treatment and total before you commit to an order.
Can I use PlantScraper photographs and videos in my shop?
Approved, actively purchasing retailers may use our original official product photographs and videos to market genuine PlantScraper products on their own shop website and in their physical store, subject to our B2B terms. Marketplace advertising or sharing those materials with third parties requires prior written approval.
What if I am unsure which products to stock first?
Tell us about your shop, your customer base and which plants you specialise in. We can help you think through practical starting categories and complementary products. We would rather help you select a relevant assortment than sell you products you do not need.
What if I need a product or accessory that is not available yet?
Ask us. Our team regularly refines existing products and works on new ideas with experienced growers and retailers. We cannot promise to manufacture every suggestion, but useful feedback genuinely informs future development.
What if I need certificates, additional documents or special labelling?
Please tell us in writing before ordering. We can assess any additional certification, language, labelling or destination-specific document request in advance. Additional requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been accepted. Legally mandatory documentation remains subject to applicable law.
What if I intend to resell or export outside the EU?
Our standard deliveries are to supported EU destinations. If you already know the goods will go outside the EU, disclose the final destination before ordering, including when we deliver to an EU address first. Unless otherwise agreed, you arrange and remain responsible for your independent onward export, customs and foreign-market requirements to the extent permitted by law. PlantScraper retains its own mandatory legal duties.
Where can I read the detailed wholesale terms?
You can review our B2B Terms and Conditions before applying. Orders, delivery, VAT, account approval and use of media are governed by the applicable agreed terms.
