Refund Policy

At PlantScraper, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below:

Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Return Period: Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@plantscraper.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please do not send your purchase back to us until accepted. 

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return us the products, your cost of returning the items won't be returned, nor our shipping costs. However, if the product is faulty due to an issue on our end, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please note that if the product is faulty because the customer did not follow the provided instructions, we cannot be held responsible for the damage, and the return shipping costs will not be covered. In case of faulty items, images are required no later than 5 days after delivery. 

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (normally 2-3 business days).

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account (or paypal, etc) again. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@plantscraper.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@plantscraper.com.
