Orchiata Power Plus is a matured New Zealand Pinus radiata bark that creates a coarse, aerated and physically stable root environment.

The 12-18 mm grade can be used alone for suitable orchids or as a defined structural component in custom orchid, epiphytic and aroid substrates.

Use directly from the bag. Do not wash or soak before use.

For orchids: Use alone where suitable or combine with moisture-retentive components according to the species and growing conditions.

For custom mixes: Combine with chunky perlite, coco husk chips, tree fern fibre or sphagnum to adjust aeration and moisture retention.

Do not compress the bark tightly. Allow water and air to move through the spaces between particles. Provide appropriate fertilisation for the selected plant and growing method.
