Collect drainage water while keeping your plant display clean, protected and visually uncluttered.

These watertight saucers sit beneath drainage pots to catch runoff and help reduce the risk of water reaching shelves, furniture and other indoor surfaces. Their crystal-clear finish keeps attention on the plant and pot instead of adding another visible colour to the setup.

Choose from six diameters and packs of 1, 5 or 10 saucers.

A saucer helps manage runoff but does not replace careful watering. Empty excess water when leaving the plant standing in it would be unsuitable for the species or growing medium.

These saucers are designed for indoor drainage pots, including:

• Other indoor pots with a base that fits securely inside the saucer

They may also be used beneath square tower aroid pots when the pot’s base fits comfortably within the saucer’s rim. Measure the base of the pot, not its widest top edge, when checking compatibility with an unlisted pot.

• 13 cm saucer: 10 cm clear aroid pot
• 15 cm saucer: 12 cm clear aroid pot

The listed clear aroid pot sizes refer to the pots’ top diameters. Their narrower bases allow them to fit the corresponding saucers.

Place the pot centrally inside the saucer before watering. Allow drainage water to collect, then empty any excess once the pot has finished draining.

For bottom watering

1. Add a shallow layer of water to the saucer.
2. Allow the substrate to absorb moisture through the pot’s drainage openings.
3. Remove any remaining water once the substrate is sufficiently moist, unless standing water is appropriate for the particular plant and growing method.

Check the saucer’s capacity when watering heavily. It may overflow if the volume of runoff exceeds the available space.

Rinse the saucer after use or clean it with water, mild soap and a soft cloth. Mineral deposits may develop over time, particularly with hard water or fertiliser use. Avoid abrasive cleaning materials that could scratch the clear surface.
