Secure slender stems to a trellis or stake with a reusable clip that remains visually discreet among the foliage.

The transparent dragonfly-shaped clips hold flexible stems against a separate support as you guide the plant’s growth. Their spring mechanism makes them easy to open, reposition and reuse as the plant develops.

The clip holds the stem against an existing support. It does not support the plant independently.

Dragonfly plant clips are compatible with:

• Other supports that fit comfortably inside the clip with the plant stem

They are particularly useful for Hoyas, Dischidias and other plants with slender, flexible vines.

The stem and support must fit together without being compressed. If the clip pinches the stem or cannot close naturally, use a larger or adjustable plant tie instead.

Avoid clipping:

• Thick or rigid stems
• Newly unfurling growth
• Buds and growing tips
• Leaves or petioles that could become trapped in the closing edges

These are the same Dragonfly clips included with full anchor sets for arch trellises.

1. Position the stem naturally against the trellis or stake.
2. Squeeze the dragonfly’s wings to open the clip.
3. Place the clip around both the stem and support.
4. Release it gently, checking that the stem is held without being pinched.
5. Add further clips where needed rather than forcing one clip to carry excessive tension.
6. Recheck the fit regularly as the stem grows and thickens.
7. Squeeze the wings again to remove or reposition the clip without pulling on the plant.

Install clips while stems are still flexible. Do not force hardened growth into a new position, as it may crack or kink.

Wipe the clips with a soft, damp cloth when needed and dry them before storage.
