This clear nursery pot is designed for germinating seeds, rooting small cuttings and propagating stem sections. Choose the pot on its own or add the matching humidity dome to help limit moisture loss during early growth.

The transparent materials make it easier to monitor roots, substrate moisture and plant development without repeatedly disturbing the propagation.

The dome helps reduce moisture loss, but it does not remove the need for careful watering, ventilation and regular plant checks.

Both sizes are designed for propagation rather than permanent growing. Transplant the plant once its roots and above-ground growth require more space.

The selected size refers to the pot’s width across the top.

• 7 cm pot: 14 cm overall height with the humidity dome fitted
• 10 cm pot: 15.5 cm overall height with the humidity dome fitted

Choose a size that provides enough space for the cutting or seedling without using substantially more substrate than its developing root system requires.

1. Fill the pot with a propagation medium suited to the seeds, cutting or stem section.
2. Moisten the medium and allow excess water to drain.
3. Position the propagation material at the appropriate depth.
4. Clip on the humidity dome when additional moisture retention is beneficial.
5. Adjust the top vent to regulate airflow as growth develops.
6. Check the substrate and plant regularly rather than relying on visible condensation alone.
7. Gradually increase ventilation as the plant establishes.
8. Remove the dome when the plant no longer requires elevated humidity.

Avoid keeping the substrate saturated. High humidity combined with excessive moisture and insufficient airflow can increase the risk of mould or rot.

Clean the pot and dome between propagation cycles using water and mild soap, then rinse thoroughly before reuse.
