Your success with our products depends on three key factors:

• If you grow and sell plants in our products, you are already adding value. In this case, you know your customers best, choose what fits their needs.
• If you sell online, select products that complement your existing assortment and create a complete plant-care experience. It’s also your chance to introduce fresh ideas and innovation to your customers.
• If you sell in-store, display certain products in use. For example, moss poles should never just sit on a shelf, they need to be assembled with a plant to make sense to your customers. You can even create two sets: one complete with a plant, moss pole, anchor, drippers, and pot, & another assembled without a plant, showing structure and function. This helps customers instantly understand what the product is and why they need it.

The minimum order value is €250 (excluding shipping).

For orders between €250 and €500, a shipping fee of €19.95 applies. For orders above €500, shipping is free of charge.

If you choose “Pickup at premises” during checkout, please email us at hello@plantscraper.com to confirm whether you’ll collect the order in person or send a courier with your own labels. Please note that we cannot deliver the package ourselves, pickup must be arranged in advance for a specific date and time.

Shipping times may vary depending on our current production and packing workload.

Typical dispatch time for B2B orders is 1 to 3 business days.

In certain cases, preparation may take longer, especially during high-demand periods or large-volume orders.

We currently accept upfront payments, credit card, and other secure options displayed at checkout.

If you are based outside the Czech Republic and your account is approved with a valid VAT number, prices are displayed VAT-free.

If you are outside the Czech Republic but do not have a valid VAT number, prices are still displayed VAT-free, but VAT will be added manually after checkout.

If you are based in the Czech Republic, prices are displayed VAT-free, and VAT will be added afterward according to Czech tax law.

Only exclusive B2B codes provided directly by the PlantScraper team will work for your account.

We’re working on a full set of marketing assets for our resellers. In the meantime, you can freely use any photo or video from our website or our official PlantScraper social channels, as long as it was created and posted by us.

We’re a young company growing rapidly, which sometimes makes it challenging to resolve certain requests immediately. At the moment, for instance, we’re in the process of implementing barcodes across our entire product range, a project that will take a few more months to complete.
